Telesales Executive

Location: Rothwell, Northamptonshire

Salary: £12000 - £15000/annum  dependent on experience plus commission

Position: Full time/Part time/Hours by negotiation

 

Job Role

To maximize the effectiveness of the account managers by producing high quality leads in a business to business role working as a team towards agreed targets and profitability goals.

 

Key roles and responsibilities

 Identify opportunities, produce leads for the account managers with the emphasis on high quality leads

 Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors

 Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on our client list

 Manage your call backs to a high level of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity to generate new business

 Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.

 

Prospects

Successful Telesales people can expect to be promoted to Account Managers within a 6-12-month timescale providing they have continually met or exceeded set targets.

 

Person Specification

 Computer literate/keyboard skills

 Excellent telephone skills

 High degree of accuracy

 Demonstrate ability to prioritize issues

 Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization
